"Working with Barbara and Sara on the purchase of our vacation home in Stinson was wonderful. We'd been vacationing out there for years, but when we thought about transitioning to ownership, we quickly learned there was a lot we didn't know. Luckily, they were there to teach us. Their expertise in this small, competitive market with limited inventory is incredible. They must know every house on every street, and it seems like whatever expert we've needed they've had a contact for us really quickly. On several occasions we would ask at the last minute to tour a new property and they always came through with someone to show it to us. Their advice on the pros and cons of the various properties we looked at and how we could formulate our best offer was key to us having our offer accepted on a property that is just about as perfect for us as we could have ever hoped for. And the relationship hasn't stopped now that the ink has dried. I know that if I ever have a question about anything that comes up now that we own our own piece of paradise, they're still just a phone call away.
